Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Custom orders, monogrammed items, sale items greater than or equal to 30% off, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

If you choose to exchange, please note that we house a limited number of quantities per style. We cannot guarantee an exact exchange, but if your exact size/style is no longer available, we can exchange it for a comparable item. 

To start an Exchange: When you request an exchange, please allow ONE business day for it to be approved or denied. Once it has been approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. RETURNS 

If you choose to return for refund, you have two options for reimbursement: a.) we will issue you store credit for the refund amount minus the cost of the pre-paid shipping label. b.) we will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping cost and charge a 5% restocking fee. 

**Due to the fact that Paypal & Shopify fees are no longer returned to the retailer with reimbursements, we will charge 5% restocking fee for full payment reimbursement.
