Candy Club Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
The Candy Club Rewards Program is a U.S. based loyalty program offered at the sole discretion of Smock Candy Clothing Company, hereinafter referred to as “Our Store,” “Us,” “We”, or “Our.” The Program is generally referred to as the “Candy Club” at Smock Candy Clothing, LLC.
- Membership & Eligibility
Individuals can sign up to be a Program participant by enrolling online at https://www.smockcandy.com/pages/rewards.
Participants must:
- Be at least (18) years of age
- Be a resident of the United States (including U.S. territories) or Canada; and,
- Provide a valid email address and phone number at the time of enrollment.
Additionally, by participating in the Program, You agree to Smock Candy Clothing, LLC privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be viewed at smockcandy.com. One Candy Club account per household. Attempting to enroll in the program multiple times using different email addresses is prohibited and will be cause for termination of your participation in the program. We reserve the right to cancel the account(s) of anyone abusing the Candy Club Rewards program. Employees of the company are ineligible for membership in the program.
Earning Points (Jellybeans)
In order to earn Jellybeans that can be applied towards a reward, you must identify yourself as a Candy Club member, as applicable, each time you make a purchase.
- Qualified Purchases. Participants will earn one Jellybean for every one dollar of Qualified Purchases that participate makes. In the event of any discrepancies or if you do not use your Candy Club Login at the time of purchase, points cannot be added post purchase.
“Qualified Purchases” are member purchases excluding sales tax and shipping, Candy Club redemption, purchases made prior to enrollment, purchases of gift cards, returned merchandise, refunds, wholesale orders are not qualifying purchases. If a participant returns purchases for which the participant earned Jellybeans, those Jellybeans will be deducted from the participants Candy Club account balance. Jellybeans have no cash value.
Earning Rewards
Participants will receive a reward once the points minimum has been reached. The minimum Point Threshold may change at any time without prior notification. Rewards are capped at Five Hundred Dollars (Maximum Rewards) per our fiscal Month. Additional restrictions may apply.
Redeeming Rewards
Rewards can be redeemed only on the purchase of merchandise by logging into your account at the time of a purchase online using our website. Participants redeeming rewards are limited to redeeming at most one (1) reward per online transaction. A reward can only be redeemed in one transaction, and the Participant forfeits any unused portion of the reward if the transaction is less than the amount of the reward. Additionally, if a participant uses a reward to make a purchase that is later returned, the participant will not be reissued points in the amount equal to the value of the participants reward applied to the returned product(s). Rewards cannot be redeemed for gift cards, gift certificates, store credit, sales tax, prior purchase, licenses or services including but not limited to shipping, gift wrap, or purchased made through other retailer stores or online services. Rewards have no cash value and neither cash nor store credit will be paid for unused portions of the Reward. Rewards are not transferable and participants can only redeem rewards associated with that participants Candy Club account. Participants must redeem rewards prior to or on the expiration date stated on the reward. The program reserves the right to change the Rewards expiration date at any time without prior notification.
- Jellybean (point) Expiration
All Jellybeans that have not been converted into a reward will expire one year after the date upon which the points were earned.
- Change of Account Information
Participants are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their information, including mailing address and email address. Smock Candy Clothing, LLC is not responsible for rewards that are lost, delayed, or misdirected in the mail, by email or otherwise. Account information changes can be made by emailing us at customerservice@smockcandy.com
- Program Terminations
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as our store, in our sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date. Our store reserves the right to modify or end the program, or any part of the program, at any time without providing written notice to you.
Abuse of the program (for example, by a participant failing to follow the Candy Club Terms and Conditions, allowing others to use the participants membership or other improper conduct as determined by Smock Candy Clothing, LLC in our sole discretion) may result in termination of that participants membership and disqualify that participant from future program participation.
- Additional Terms
All interpretations of the Candy Club Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of our store and such interpretations are binding on participants.
- Jellybeans and Rewards may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the respective participant.
- These program terms require binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes and include a class action waiver. You are waiving your right to sue in court in the event of a dispute. These program terms include a disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability that may apply to you in the event of a dispute.
- By enrolling in the program, you agree to receive program specific marketing and status updates as well as other promotional emails from our company. You may opt out of marketing emails from the company at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email.
